Join us for a special four-course prix fixe dinner paired with wines from Paitin, one of Barbaresco’s most historic family-run estates. Luca Pasquero-Elia, owner and winemaker, will guide guests through the wines while sharing the story of his family’s 200+ years of winemaking in Neive.
Founded in 1796, Paitin is renowned for its elegant, traditional Barbaresco and historic Sori Paitin vineyard. Enjoy four thoughtfully paired courses while discovering the vineyards, wines, and traditions that make this estate so exceptional.
